Stuart Herd

After starting off with a career in photography and some time spent working abroad, Scottish born Stuart turned his career path to different forms of art. Initially focussing on pen and ink cityscapes and scenes, Stuart gradually moved over to painting, with his preferred medium being acrylics. Now settled in Tarbert, at the northern point of the Kintyre peninsula, this talented artist draws his inspiration from the varied and dramatically changing landscape of his beloved Scotland. Stuart Herd's paintings have an eager and increasing number of admirers and collectors, and we are fortunate to be able to exhibit some of his local land and seascape canvases.
